Don’t worry! You haven’t missed it! This year Dinosaur Day falls on the twenty-first of July. I wanted to let you all know so that you can plan your awesome Dinosaur Day activities. Activities like:
- Sewing dinosaur pajama shorts.
- Eating dino nuggets.
- Watching a great dinosaur movie (2010 was Jurassic Park and 2011 was We’re Back!).
- Hiding dinosaur tattoos on your person.
- Learning great things about dinosaurs, perhaps at a dinosaur museum.
- Making a full scale t-rex skull out of concrete to hide in your backyard for your kids to find someday.
- Putting together a dinosaur puzzle.
- Finding dinosaur tattoos on somebody else’s person.
- Exchanging sweet dinosaur gifts with your loved ones.
Whatever you do on the twenty-first make it dinosaur themed. And if you don’t I don’t wanna hear about it because it will just make me sad.
The Land Before Time would be a good movie to watch! I remember the stuffed animal you had of Little Foot. Do you still have it?
“The Land Before Time” part 27 is also a good one, better watch all the ones leading up to it so you don’t get lost!
I can’t wait for the second greatest day of the summer! (the first is probably when we finally get to Cancun. Psych! It’s our wedding day, ya dummy!)
I think Little Foot is up in the attic! His neck got broke so he was always looking bashful and then Andrew got a new one without a broken neck. I was pretty jealous.
I guess I better make it my life goal to watch all of the “Land Before Time” movies in order!
Also, Mallory said that we should eat dinosaur egg oatmeal and this is a great idea. (Plus, of course I know the greatest day of the summer, ya big butt!)
I totally saw the title & was all “Dinosaur Day is in July!!!!!”, and I got a little sad…..but then I read your post, you tricky guy!!! I am totes doing dinosaur day this year!!!!!!!!!!!!! BTW, I like the names you and Mallory call each other. I’m totally feeling the love there =)
I just might crochet one or two in honor of all you dinosaur crazies. Then auction them off! Who will be my new bestie?
Crocheted dinosaurs!? That seems too good to be true!
