Third First Date

There has been some speculation that the male depicted in these comics is me. This is obviously inaccurate. First of all, I wear glasses. So, right off the bat there is no case for similarities. Besides which, I never go on dates.

I’d like to draw your attention to the inconsistencies between the various panels. Is there any way to be sure that this is a single conversation and not four conversations between couples that kind of look similar? I submit that there is not.

I could have removed that ink splotch at the bottom of the third panel after I scanned it into the computer. I didn’t though because I think it is endearing. It certainly wasn’t because I have artistic integrity and didn’t want to ruin that through computer processing. No, it couldn’t have been that because I had no qualms about removing the less endearing splotches caused by a dirty pinkie finger.

What does the fourth panel say?

Is … is that better? (You can also right click on it and select view image or open image in new tab or something.)
